It's not Star Trek, but this trilogy of movies to designers is basically the same thing. And if we had a Vulcan-esque hand salute, I'd be doing it right now! Famed director Gary Hustwit, of Helvetica, Objectified and Urbanized has released a trilogy set of DVD's for our library in a specially designed slipcover package created by London-based Build. The clothbound box set includes a hardcover art book featuring photos from making of the three films, and essays from Steven Heller and Gary Hustwit, and each copy is signed by director Gary Hustwit himself.
They are only producing 1,000 copies of the box set, so better order early and quick because most of those 1,000 copies have already been committed to backers of the Kickstarter campaign last year! The box DVD set is $120 and $140 for the Blu-ray version. Order here.
